United Way of Broward County has activated the United Way Hurricane Dorian Fund to help with relief, rebuilding and recovery efforts. You can help victims in the Bahamas and other impacted areas by donating below. 100% of all donations will go directly to supporting response efforts. We will work with local United Ways and nonprofit agencies in the affected areas to support both immediate and long-term recovery needs.
Right now we are collecting dollars to provide 270,000 meals and medicine to help 10,000 people (for at least 90 days).
We thank you for supporting those impacted by Hurricane Dorian.
UNITED WAY OF BROWARD COUNTY, IN COLLABORATION WITH BROWARD COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS, THE BROWARD EDUCATION FOUNDATION AND BRIGHTSTAR CREDIT UNION, IS WORKING TO COLLECT AND DELIVER DONATED GOODS AND RESOURCES TO ASSIST WITH HURRICANE DORIAN RECOVERY EFFORTS IN THE BAHAMAS.
